Elia presenterade sin första kollektion 2009 och tog då skovärlden med storm. Skorna produceras i deras familjeägda fabrik i Montegranaro, Italien, som grundades 1977. Alla skor tillverkas för hand under ledning av Elia.

Elia kommer från en familj där skohantverket följt med i generationer. Hans pappa, Antonio Maurizi, är en respekterad designer bland klassiskt italienskt skomode. Elia kombinerar traditionellt hantverket med kreativitet och modern innovation – alltid med komfort och kvalitet i fokus. Han skapar kollektioner med allt från stövlar till sneakers, både dam- och herrskor, allt med Elias unika prägel. Experimentell design som skiljer sig från det mesta på marknaden. Med den ikoniska rutiga yttersulan och logo i form av en fågel, är hans skor lätta att känna igen.

”Etica” – Företaget arbetar aktivt med att minska den mänskliga påverkan på miljön. De skapar skor med hållbara, klimatsmarta tillverkningstekniker och använder naturliga och återvunna material. Allt läder behandlas utan krom på ett sätt som kräver 50-80% mindre vatten. Alla sulor tillverkas av naturligt gummi och återvunna material. Skokartongerna är gjorda återvunnen kartong och skopåsarna i återvunnen bomull.

All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is completed. 

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the chosen delivery method. The standard delivery time is 6-12 business days. 

Delivery for special items that are made to order may take longer. Any delays will be communicated via email. 

Shipping Costs: 
The shipping fee varies based on the weight and destination of the order and will be specified at checkout. 

Delivery Information: 
It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery information is provided when placing the order. If incorrect details cause delays or delivery failure, you will be responsible for any additional costs. 

You have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact our customer service via return@ditalia.se and notify us of your intent to return or exchange the item. 

Please note the following conditions for returns: 

• The product must be in new, unused condition, in the same state as when it was received, including all tags and labels. The item must be returned in its original box or packaging, which must remain intact, as we consider the packaging part of the product. 
• Any included dust bags or covers must be returned with the item. Please note that shoes must be tried on a carpet to avoid wear if you intend to exchange or return them. It is important that the soles of the shoes remain intact. 
• The right of withdrawal or exchange does not apply if the shoes have been tried in a way that shows signs of wear, dirt, or material deformation. It is up to d'Italia to assess the condition when approving a return. 

It is your responsibility to package the shipment securely to ensure that neither the product nor its packaging is damaged during return shipping. 

Refund Policy: 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, d'Italia will refund the amount you paid for the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the item. Please refer to the Swedish Consumer Agency's Distance Selling Act & E-commerce regulations. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase. 

Exceptions: 

Products that are custom-made according to your specific preferences or otherwise personalized are not covered by the right of withdrawal. 

Complaints: 

If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you have the right to file a complaint. Please contact our customer service at info@ditalia.se and describe the issue in as much detail as possible, preferably with photos as evidence. Upon approval of the complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement product or a refund. 

 Sizes and Colors: 

Sizes on d'Italia's online store may vary between different brands. We do our best to provide guidance on size and fit for each shoe model. However, since all feet are unique, we cannot guarantee that our descriptions will perfectly match your experience of the shoe's size and fit. 

We cannot guarantee that the delivered item will have the exact color and appearance as perceived on your screen due to color settings and the type of display on your computer/smartphone/tablet. We are not responsible for the color representation on your device.
